We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — without hassle or hoops.
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind or the plant simply isn't working for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- ✓ Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact
- ✓ Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return
- ✓ Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty
Damaged Plants
We put real care into packaging, but occasionally damage happens in transit. If a plant arrives damaged:
- ✓ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage
- ✓ We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item
- ✓ If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund
Replacement Process
If a plant fails within 30 days despite following our care instructions, we'll replace it free of charge.
- ✓ Send us a photo and your order details via email
- ✓ We'll assess the issue and ship a replacement within 3–5 working days
- ✓ One replacement per plant — if the replacement also fails, we'll offer a full refund or alternative

Package the plant securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund or replacement issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 working days.
