Ordering & Delivery
How quickly will my plants arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Plants are shipped fresh from the grower with tracked delivery, so you always know where your order is and when to expect it.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on all orders over 150 EUR. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate applies. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout — no codes needed.
Can you deliver to our office during business hours?
Yes. Our delivery service uses business delivery windows, so your plants arrive when someone is there to receive them. No missed deliveries, no depot collections, no signature headaches.
Do you deliver across Europe?
We currently deliver to the UK and major EU markets. If your location isn't listed at checkout, contact us at hello@officeroots.com and we'll find a solution.
Plant Care
What if we're not good with plants?
That's exactly who we design for. Every plant in our collection is chosen for resilience and low maintenance. We also provide clear care instructions with every delivery, so your team knows exactly what to do — no green thumb required.
What happens if a plant doesn't survive?
If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you. For ongoing care issues, reach out and we'll help troubleshoot — we'd rather help you get it right than leave you with a struggling plant.
Do the plants come with care instructions?
Yes. Every plant includes straightforward care guidance covering light, water, and placement — written for real offices, not botanical gardens. We keep it practical so anyone on your team can follow it.
Business Orders
Can we get an invoice instead of paying online?
Yes. For business customers, we can provide invoices with net payment terms. Contact us at hello@officeroots.com to set up business ordering — we'll get your account sorted quickly.
Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders?
Yes. For orders of 10+ plants or custom office plans, we offer tailored pricing. Use our custom plan request form or email us directly at hello@officeroots.com with an idea of what you need, and we'll put together a quote.
Can you help us choose the right plants for our space?
Absolutely. Our Plant Recommendation Quiz takes 60 seconds and gives you personalised suggestions based on your space, light conditions, and how much maintenance you're comfortable with. For larger projects, we offer custom office plans tailored to your layout and requirements.
What about offices with no natural light?
We have a curated selection of plants that thrive in low-light conditions. You can filter by 'Low Maintenance' in our shop, or take the Plant Recommendation Quiz for a personalised suggestion based on your actual environment.
Returns
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. There's no need to return the damaged plant — we'll sort it out promptly so you can focus on your day.
Can we return a plant if we change our mind?
Because plants are living, perishable products, the standard right of cancellation does not apply once an order has been dispatched. However, if a plant isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll work something out. We're reasonable people and we want you to be happy with your order.
