Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For larger orders or custom plans, delivery times may vary — we'll always let you know upfront.

Do you deliver to offices only?

No, we deliver to any address within our delivery regions. However, our plants and bundles are specifically curated for office environments, so they're particularly well-suited to workplace settings. We also offer office-friendly delivery windows to minimise disruption.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

Plant Care

How do I know which plants are low-maintenance?

Every plant in our store includes a care rating — from "effortless" to "attentive." We also highlight our lowest-maintenance options on the store page. If you're unsure, take our Office Match Quiz and we'll recommend plants based on your specific environment and care preferences.

What if a plant doesn't survive?

We stand behind the quality of our plants. If a plant fails within 30 days of delivery despite following our care instructions, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply get in touch with a photo and your order details.

Do you offer plant care guidance?

Absolutely. Every order comes with a care card specific to your plant. We also publish an Office Plant Care Guide with practical advice for common office conditions. And if you ever need help, just reach out — we're happy to advise.

Business Orders

Can I order on behalf of my company?

Yes. Many of our customers are office managers, facilities coordinators, or business owners ordering for their teams. You can order directly from the store or request a custom plan if you need help outfitting multiple spaces.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. We provide invoices for all orders. You'll receive a VAT invoice via email once your order has been confirmed. If you need invoices sent to a specific accounts department, let us know in the order notes or via email.

Can I request a custom office plan?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for larger orders. If you're ordering five or more items or kitting out multiple spaces, get in touch and we'll provide a tailored quote with volume pricing.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition. Visit our Returns page for full details.

What if a plant arrives damaged?

We take packaging seriously, but occasionally things happen in transit. If a plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
